Product Description
The most technical of our range of Tri-laminate drysuits. Sleek design and close fitting with our constant fit torso system, enables it to adjust as you move.
The ballistic nylon outer fabric has 10 coats of butyl rubber and then bonded to a super comfortable polyester inner fabric.
For covert operations we can fit ceramic panels to give ballistic protection. Not something you will need on the average dive but it is good to know that the quality the Military demand is also accessible to recreational/sport divers.
Our HID drysuit is fitted with the Northern Diver ‘Constant Fit’ system, allowing you freedom of movement without the need for excess suit material.
All front entry drysuits need extra length in the body to permit the neck seal to be raised high enough for the users head to enter. Without this extra length, the zip would be under excessive load when dressing and the user’s neck could be subjected to additional stress.
This extra length could result in a excess suit material within the torso area. The ‘Constant Fit’ system allows the body of the suit to extend whilst dressing, retracting to its original position once the user is dressed. This results in a better fitting suit with flexibility when required.
The ‘Constant Fit’ system also permits the user to perform all required movements when wearing the HID drysuit. Whether the user is kneeling down, reaching high or merely bending forwards, the ‘Constant Fit’ system works with the diver to allow previously unprecedented freedom of movement.

Great Drysuit, Even Better Customer Service

I would like to thank Northern Diver, with particular reference made to Julie and Michelle, for the work done in getting my son back in the water, with a Made to Measure HID dry suit, in record time.
The difficulties experienced with the original drysuit were quickly overcome, with nothing being too much trouble.
Northern Diver are a great company to deal with and future diving equipment will be purchased from them, either in person or online.
Also, driving from Newcastle and meeting people who really care about diving, was a real pleasure.
