When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.

I have been a customer of Northern Diver for some time and purchased a cortex drysuit. Initially, there were problems with the suit. However, Neil and the team addressed the problems and help me upgrade to a Divemaster. This suit has been the best drysuit I have owned. It is comfortable and warm underwater and amazingly flexible. I am very pleased with the suit and delighted that I upgraded to the Divemaster. The team at Northern Diver were very helpful and I am grateful for their assistance.

I've had this drysuit for over two years now and I've never had any trouble from it at all (touch wood!). From day one I've found it to be warm, dry and an excellent fit. Since then I've bought another for my wife and she's very happy with it as well. Excellent value and performance.

I have had the previous model now for nearly 10 years - Diving all year in it. It is hard wearing, comfortable and needed only minor repairs (wrist/neck seals and one zip - my fault for breaking it). It had some minor issues at the beginning but ND's customer service was fast, supportive and excellent. I can highly recommend it.

My previous Drysuit was horrible to Don. Since I bought the Divemaster in the spring, those problems are a thing of the past. The suit is easy to don and doff and fits like a glove, allowing the use of various under suits to be used depending on conditions. The overall build quality is exceptional, the wrist and neck seals are superb and to date no leaks have been experienced. In the water is where this suit comes into its own, comfortable, warm and flexible in all the right places resulting in a comfortable and effortless dive. Overall, this is an excellent suit representing excellent value for money. Well done Northern Diver.
Great Drysuit, Even Better Customer Service

I bought my suit about nine months ago, was measured up by one of Northern Diver's dealers and soon after, my suit arrived. Proved to be very comfortable and warm underwater, lived up to expectations. As it was my first dry suit, I had the usual buoyancy issues but as these progressed for quite some time, it became apparent that something wasn't right. To assist with the issue Northern Diver swapped the dump valve, at no charge. I also changed my under suit, which helped but I was still getting air trapped in the suit, that I just couldn't get out. I had a chat with a couple of the Northern Diver guys at the dive show and they said come up and see us, we will 'sort you out'. I have finally managed to get up there to see them. As I had been told in the past what their customer service was like, I really wasn't expecting to get the level of service that I did, on a suit I had been diving in for nine months. The net result was that the drysuit was about right, size wise but it wasn't the best fit, probably trapping air. Part of this was down to me being ape like in proportions and also loosing some weight. It should be pointed out that it wasn't drastically wrong but just enough to cause problems. After much poking, prodding and the usual embarrassing request, between gentlemen, regarding the application of lubricant, one possible solution was to take two inches off the legs and a change on boot size. The person dealing with me goes off to find some boots for me, to try and confirm the fit and I go off to change out of my under suit. I come out of the changing room to find him standing there, grinning, holding a new drysuit.. Apparently, on the way to get the boots, he'd had a 'chat with the boss'. The net result is that Northern Diver replaced my nine month old drysuit for one that fits much better and the only thing they asked me to pay was the return postage (as the new drysuit required a boot change). The level of service I received from Northern Diver has been exceptional. So if your feeling unsure about what you are buying, talk to them, get your measurements to them, if you can get up and see them even better but rest assured, they won't leave you an unhappy customer and they will bend over backwards to 'sort you out'.

I bought this drysuit earlier this year after taking advice from staff at Northern Diver. They weren't wrong and I was very grateful for their personal and attentive service. Their customer service was excellent and the suit arrived very quickly following an alteration to the boot size. I have dived this suit numerous times in Scotland and not once have I been cold or wet. It truly is a great drysuit which offers value for money far in excess of its very modest price. The Divemaster drysuit represents excellent value for money and will keep you warm, dry even in the toughest of conditions. I can highly recommend Northern Diver and will have no hesitation in going back to them again.

Having never dived in a drysuit before and not wanting to waste my cash, I took advice from a mate and gave Northern Diver a call. Took advice, bought the suit and spent the weekend doing a drysuit course with NDAC in Chepstow. Watched other people doing their open water in wetsuits, brrrrrr. Four dives in, I found the suit to be warm, dry and a really good fit. What more do you want..! Has definitely changed my view on diving in the UK. Kind of thought I was on a winner when I turned up and noticed at least ten other divers wearing the same model of drysuit (can't be bad then can it)..? Will definitely be using Northern Diver in the future. Great service and good advice.

This is my first drysuit and I have nothing but praise for the friendly and informative staff at Northern Diver. I was undecided till I popped into the shop and after chatting to a staff member I felt I could buy with confidence. The suit itself is top quality, fits brilliantly and extremely comfortable, after only having dived in dive school suits this was like slipping into a velvet glove :-). Would highly recommend these guys if you're considering a quality suit with fantastic after sales support. Big thanks also to Jackie.
