Warehouse Manager

Northern Diver are a supplier of diving and associated equipment worldwide from our base in Appley Bridge. Due to continued expansion we are looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to become our warehouse manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange and carry out stock takes
• Stock control - making sure the stock levels are correct on the stock system – SAGE
• Manage and supervise a team of 7 warehouse operatives
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining warehouse locations
• Booking containers and ensuring all related entries and paperwork are received in time to be able to accurately track shipments
• Approve logistics invoices and investigate any discrepancies
• Ensure everyone is kept up to date with deadlines and targets
• To keep the warehouse tidy and walkways clear
• Unloading containers, locating goods in the warehouse and loading shipments for delivery
• Assist in other areas as and when required

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience

HOURS: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

LOCATION: Appley Bridge, WN6 9AE (near M6 – junction 27)
