Job Description
We are seeking a creative, flexible, and digitally savvy team member to help elevate our online presence and drive e-commerce success. If you thrive on working on multi-company websites, improving design and functionality, boosting online sales, and increasing brand visibility globally, this role could be perfect for you. Bonus points if AI is your friend and you know how to use it to grow the business.
> Manage our custom-built website like a pro: upload content, update pages, and ensure everything looks fresh and polished.
> Enhance site design and functionality to make it engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
> Drive e-commerce growth by increasing online sales and improving the customer journey.
> Expand brand awareness by promoting products and content to reach a wider, global audience.
> Create, edit, and upload compelling visuals, product content, and marketing materials.
> Monitor website performance, product popularity, and sales trends to inform strategies that maximize revenue.
> Identify the best markets for our products and develop clever advertising approaches.
> Analyze costs, review competitiveness, and provide actionable recommendations.
> Collaborate with the creative team or work independently, depending on project needs.
> Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining composure.
> Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance digital initiatives.
> Be flexible and willing to learn other areas of the department, stepping in to support team members when deadlines demand.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN on product knowledge and current systems
Skills & Experience
> Proven experience managing successful multi-company websites, including e-commerce platforms.
> Experience optimising websites to increase online sales and brand visibility.
> Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of basic coding or Lavavel system (not essential).
> Comfortable navigating and using custom back-office systems to efficiently upload content.
> Creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
> Team player, but able to work independently when needed.
> Interest in AI, digital innovation, and emerging web technologies.
> Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
> A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude.
Location
Northern Diver (International) Ltd, Appley Lane North, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9AE. Located just 180 yards from Appley Bridge train station, Northern Diver benefits from excellent public transport links. The train line provides direct access between Manchester and Southport, while buses to Wigan town run every 20 minutes.
Hours
This role is full- time hours only and onsite. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm. The position is available for immediate start to the right candidate. So, if you feel this is the right job for you and you are looking to work in a friendly environment, we would like to hear from you.
Salary
Dependant on experience.
We also offer 23 days of annual leave plus 8 statutory bank holidays and a company bonus scheme.
