EU Areas

Please note that due to changes by HMRC, orders being shipped to EU countries will not be shipped on the same day as they are invoiced. EU Orders will now be shipped on the next working day. This only applies to E.U. orders. Domestic and Worldwide shipments remain the same.

Collect In Store?

When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.

Returns, refunds or exchanges?

You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.

Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

We aim to deal with all returns and exchanges on the day they arrive, however please allow longer during peak periods.

You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).

Excellent value for money

I placed an order at the NEC show and true to their word, a couple of days later, I received my mask in time for my trip to Eqypt that week. Got 12 dives in and was really impressed with the quality of this mask. Didn't leak once and it was really comfortable to wear. It didn't take long to get used to having some side vision, as previously I used a low profile mask. I found that I could observe my surroundings under water much better and all in all really glad that I made this purchase. Have to say, the customer service at ND is spot on and I have always found their products excellent value for money and this was no exception.

This mask is the business. Read the spec and got some advice from a buddy who has one, neither does this mask justice. Incredible peripheral vision and a great fit to boot.


Excellent Fit

After struggling for ages to find a mask that didn't leak, I'd almost started to think I would just have to live with a constant trickle of water, slowly filling up my vision all the time. Then I tried this mask and 'voila' no leaks. I'd never realised how much fun diving was when you could see properly. Excellent mask with good all-round vision and a comfortable fit.

Have a new black version in my hand. Had to replace quickly due to a well-known brand mask failing at 12 metres at the weekend - the silicon literally peeled away on one side of the glass. Relatively new too. Having said that, I cannot see that happening with this new ND one. The build quality is superb. Silicone and face fit is excellent. Field of vision good (albeit on dry land so far), and the pinch buttons on the strap buckles will be great for gloved adjustment. And the price point for such a quality mask has meant i could order a military version as back-up - which has the same silicon and buckles. Delivered in quick time and Cara on Customer Services helped apply the BSAC discount too. Thank you ND!


Ordered 4 Window Mask and Snakehead…

Ordered 4 Window Mask and Snakehead Snorkel, bought a mask for myself and my partner. Delivered in 2 days. I tried mine on in the pool and it's great. Very clear and didn't fog up during my session. Also easy to loosen/tighten. My partner tried his on and it fits well, which is good since he has a big head. We haven't tried the snorkel yet so cannot comment on that but seems like good quality. Very happy with everything especially since we got everything at a reduced price, extremely cheap for the quality! We're beginner divers so it's our very first masks! Nice to have your own.
