Christmas Shipping Information

Whilst we aim to process all orders that are received before 2pm on the same day, this is not always possible. On these occasions the order will be dispatched on the following working day. 

Due to the time of year, deliveries may take a little longer than stated when placing your order. Please rest assured that we will work closely with our nominated couriers to deliver your orders in a timely fashion.

International  - Wednesday 14th December 2022
UK Mainland – Tuesday 20th December 2022 (DPD/Parcelforce/DHL)
UK Mainland – Wednesday 21st December 2022 (Royal Mail 1st Class, UPS)
UK Extended – Friday 18th December 2022

Extended Christmas Returns

Shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended returns policy valid from now until 31st December 2022. All orders purchased between these dates will be returnable until 31st January 2022.

Christmas Office Opening Times

Our last working day in the office is 23rd December 2022, we will return to work Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Any orders placed between these dates will be processed on our return to work.

Monday 19-12-2022 open 8:30am until 5:00pm

Tuesday 20-12-2022 open 8:30am until 5:00pm

Wednesday 21-12-2022 open 8:30am until 5:00pm

Thursday 22-12-2022 open 8:30am until 12noon
