The Marlin 3.0mm Thermal Neoprene Swim Cap is designed for open water swimmers and divers who want reliable thermal protection without compromising comfort or movement in the water.

Made from 3.0mm high-quality neoprene, the Marlin Swim Cap provides an insulating layer around the head and ears, helping retain body heat during colder swims and making it ideal for year-round outdoor swimming and training.

The cap features a close-fitting, hydrodynamic design that helps minimise drag as you move through the water, while the smooth-skin outer panels provide a comfortable, streamlined finish.

Warmth Without the Restriction
Unlike basic one-piece swim caps that can feel uncomfortable or overly tight beneath the chin, the Marlin features an adjustable Velcro chin strap, allowing you to achieve a secure, personalised fit.

Designed to accommodate a Northern Diver Flexi-Light Stick, it provides an additional option for improving visibility during early-morning, evening or poor-weather swims.
