We recently interviewed Mark Milburn, owner of Atlantic Scuba, to get customer feedback on our products, services and everything else in between! Atlantic Scuba are a long standing customer and Mark has proudly worn our Divemaster Commercial drysuit, among other items, on his numerous television appearances on the likes of BBC's The One Show & Spotlight plus other appearances on Channel 4 & Forces TV. 

1)    What is it about Northern Diver that keeps you coming back and buying from us? Why us and not our competitors?

You are a UK company with friendly staff who take the time to get to know you on a first name basis. You feel like you can talk and have a laugh with everyone, from the guys in the Sales team all the way down to the ladies in the Repairs team! I also love the wide range of products on offer such as your Kevlar Gloves which are the most comfortable and best quality ones I’ve ever owned!

2)    What do you think of the service provided by our team?

You're service is always good, friendly but most of all professional. I like the ease of contact and quick turnaround from ordering to delivering.

3)    What do you think of the quality of the Northern Diver products that you’ve purchased?

In terms of quality, Northern Diver products are more durable than other suppliers and at a far better price!

4)    What is your favourite Northern Diver product at the minute and why?

The Divemaster Commercial is my current favourite Northern Diver product and is one I’ve purchased numerous times. I chose to wear the Divemaster Commercial drysuit during my appearances on BBC’s ‘The One Show’ among others due to their quality and great looks.

5)    Why would you recommend Northern Diver to your colleagues and in the diving industry?

Yes, I would recommend Northern Diver to anyone who is looking for a company that produces durable products, at better prices, with a quick turnaround on delivery and repairs. You are much quicker than your closest competitors who have taken three weeks to get my drysuit repaired compared to your one!
